| General Overview | Freddie is a social butterfly and friend to all. He is an ideal host and a creative bartender. He wants nothing more than for those around him to have the best time possible. Although he is based on the estimated personality of the original, he has developed a number of eccentricities and idiosyncracies since activation aboard the USS Mercury. After the Mercury was decommissioned, Freddie became a legal person and has since pursued his passion to open a frontier bar. |
| Personal History | Freddie was created in 2396 by the morale officer on the USS Mercury to serve as bartender in their mess hall. After the Mercury was decommissioned after extensive damage defending Ferenginar in 2398, Commander Rovak had Freddie's program extracted and stored in the public database of holographic lifeforms. Freddie applied for legal personhood with Rovak's help, and has since followed his former CO to the outer edges of the galaxy. |
