| Summary | Muul is a Dalek, a species of typically nameless mutants from another universe, dedicated to the extermination of all non-Dalek life. He is named only because he is a member of the Cult of Skaro, a group dedicated to deep science and forbidden research. Since his defeat at the hands of The Time Lord designated 'Commander' and the crew of Deep Space 13, he has been in Romulan custody. He has slowly reached accord with his captors, manufacturing devices to automatically generate components that can be used to make Dalek disruptor weapons and artificially intelligent automatons. |

| Physical Description | Muul's outer casing was almost completely impenetrable by Federation scanners. It was destroyed in conflict with a TARDIS in the form of the USS Excalibur crewed by officers from DS13 after they awoke Muul. None of his technology remains, he is merely a Dalek mutant. Even in his natural form, he can still move with incredible speed and is strong enough to kill a humanoid, his mutant limbs have surprising reach. |
